| Objectives:1.To understand the status of psychotic-like experiences, childhood trauma, relatively and characteristics of psychological behaviors in adolescents.2.To investigate the relationship among psychotic-like experiences, childhood trauma and characteristics of psychological behaviors of adolescents. To study the factors affecting the occurrence of psychotic-like experiences.3.To explore the mediating effects of core self-evaluation level and experiential avoidance between psychotic-like experience and childhood trauma.Methods:1.The cross-sectional study method was adopted to select students from two middle schools and one high school in Chongzuo city,Guangxi province.Stratified cluster sampling method was used to select all students in 20 classes from three schools, with a total of 1,757 students as the investigation objects.2.Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey the characteristics of demography and d the psychological and behavioral factors.Psychoticlike experiences scale, short form of childhood trauma questionnaire, coreself evaluations scale, acceptance and action questionnaire were used.Students filled out the questionnaires in the answer sheet, and the data was inputted by machine and software.3.The data was analyzed with SPSS 25.0 software and Process 3.4 plugin. For the inter-group comparison of measurement data that met the parameter test conditions,t test or one-way ANOVA test were used otherwise the non-parameter test method was used.Comparison of enumeration data between groups was carried out by 2 test or Fisher exact probability test(Fisher’s test)according to the corresponding situation.Firstly, correlation analysis was carried out among variables, then correlation variables were selected for regression analysis. The mediating effect model was analyzed and Bootstrap method was used to test whether the mediating effect of the model was significant.Results:1.The frequent incidence of psychotic-like experience was 28.1%,the highest one is delusion of mind-read(10.9%),and the lowest one is visual hallucination(1.9%);there was significant difference between different domicile places, experiences of “left-behind”,single-parent households,self-harm thoughts, suicide thoughts,self-harm behaviors(P<0.05).2.The incidence of childhood trauma was 47.5%,the common one is physical abuse(36.2%),the number of trauma types was 1 mainly, accounted for 25.7% of the total;in different groups of frequent psychoticlike experiences, the difference of childhood trauma was significant(P<0.05).3.The overall score of core self-evaluation was 32.39±6.85,higher than the norm of middle school students(P<0.05).The level of core selfevaluation was significant different in different groups of psychotic-like experiences and childhood trauma(P<0.05).4.The overall score of experiential avoidance was 32.39±6.85,lower than the norm of middle school students(P<0.05).The level of experiential avoidance was significant different in different groups of psychotic-like experiences and childhood trauma(P<0.05).5.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that living in cities, moderate sexual abuse, suicide thoughts, and high level of core selfevaluation were risk factors for the frequent occurrence of psychotic-like experiences(OR>1,P<0.05).Emotional abuse, experiential avoidance were risk factors for the frequent occurrence of psychotic-like experiences(OR>1,P<0.05),and the risk was ascending.6.Core self-evaluation(β=0.023,P<0.01),experiential avoidance(β=0.173,P<0.01)had mediated effect on the relationship between childhood emotion abuse and psychotic-like experiences respectively, and the chain mediation model was valid(β=0.154,0.124-0.186).Conclusions:1.Frequent Psychotic-like experiences occur in a certain proportion of adolescents, and it is dominated by delusional experience, which takes delusion experiences as the main body.In comparison, adolescents experienced childhood trauma had more severe psychotic-like experiences than those without childhood traumatic experiences.2.Urban household registration, suicide thoughts, childhood emotional and sexual abuse, moderate level of core self-evaluation,and moderate to severe level of experiential avoidance were risk factors for the occurrence of psychotic-like experiences.3.Childhood emotional abuse can positively predict the severity of psychotic-like experiences, the level of core self-evaluation and experiential avoidance were partial mediators between the two. |
