Objective : The study was mainly exploring the value of detecting circulating tumor cells(CTC)in patients’ peripheral blood with recurrent or uncontrolled ovarian cancer, and the relationship between the test results and clinical characteristics or the tumor markers. Methods: a total of 38 cases of ovarian cancer diagnosed by standardized stage surgery and pathology were selected, including 18 cases in the stable condition group(control group)and 20 cases in the recurrent or uncontrolled condition group(experimental group).Use negative enrichment method combined with immune magnetic beads folate receptor targeted PCR method to detect the circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood and counting, and then determine the cut-off value of CTC for diagnosis of recurrent or uncontrolled ovarian cancer patients and calculate CTC positive rate, sensitivity and specificity, and also analyze the statistical significance between CTC and age, pathological type, tumor markers and so forth. Results: In the control group,FR(+)CTC was(8.11±2.69)FU/3ml,with a positive rate of 16.67%;In the experimental group,FR(+)CTC was(12.45±4.08)FU/3ml,with a positive rate of 80%.Two groups compared,P<0.05.FR(+)CTC is used as the diagnostic criteria for recurrent or uncontrolled ovarian cancer after surgery. The area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.831,the 95%CI was 0.696~0.965,the cut-off value was 9.45FU/3ml,the diagnostic sensitivity was 80%,and the specificity was 83.3%.CTC levels were associated with the expression of HE4(r=0.401,P=0.013)and ROMA(r= 0.403,P= 0.012)in patients with ovarian cancer. Conclusion: It shows that FR(+)CTC has better diagnostic efficacy in patients with recurrent or uncontrolled ovarian cancer.CTC can be used as an index and auxiliary method for clinical diagnosis.
