Objective:The Paris is a key species in the bio-pharmaceutical and health industry in Yunnan Province.It is also an advantage variety in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine and poverty alleviation in the Chinese herbal medicine industry in recent years.Its analgesic,hemostasis,anti-tumor and other effects are remarkable,and it is the raw material of more than 80 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines such as Yunnan Baiyao and Gongxuening.However,there are Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis and the same genus of plants,which are difficult to id tivation bases are confusing and the medicinal materials are mixed.The quality evaluation methods are not comprehensive and the quality standards are not perfect.The shortage of the Paris is urgently needed.Alternative resources and other issues,therefore,it is necessary to carry out accurate variety identification and quality evaluation,In order to provide a basis for exploring new resources and clinical safe medicationsMethod:1.This study first selected the heavy medicinal materials as the research object,and carried out research from the data mining analysis,rapid identification,quality integration evaluation and mining of alternative resources.(1)Using the concept of big data,explore the current status and pattern of the industry,the application of resources and the home of resources,the status quo of scientific research and its existing problems and development by mining the information of big database with the Paris.(2)Using infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics(cluster analysis,principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis)to quickly identify and analyze the close relatives of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis and its multi-leaf group;(3)Application of UPLC Chromatography to 7 active ingredients of the Paris(Rehmannia saponin VI,saponin VII,saponin II,saponin I,saponin I,saponin I,Paris L The content of saponin I)was determined,and the dynamic changes of seven main active ingredients in different species of plants were analyzed.The integrated evaluation method of TOPSIS analysis was used to evaluate the integration of seven main active ingredients.(4)Established UPLC chemical fingerprint of Paris L,Combining UPLC-Q-TOF-MS to identify the equivalence and difference of chemical constituents in the Paris.Results:1.The Paris has a wide range of applications in minority medicine,folk medicine and proprietary Chinese medicines.The price of the Paris medicines is rising rapidly,and the subsequent market has great potential.Chinese patent medicine manufacturers have a wide market and a broad market.There are many types of the Paris-duty resources,but the resources are endangered and should be taken seriously.The research on the Paris is on the rise,and the development is rapid,but the research foundation is still weak.The gap between research and industry and resource protection is less,and the patent results are less transformed.There is no positive interaction between resources,research and industry.2.Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis and similar species in the plant size,leaves,veins,bracts,petals,flower pavilions and stamens and other morphological characteristics of the typical identification features,can provide evidence for morphological identification.The second-order reciprocal of the six types of the Paris is significantly different between 3000~2000 cm-1and the fingerprint area of 1800~500 cm-1.Both PCA and PLS-DA can better distinguish Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis and similar species,which can provide infrared Spectral identification evidence.The results of HCA indicate that the relatives of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.,Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis(Franch.)Hara,Paris polyphylla var.stenophylla Franch,Paris polyphylla var.nana and Paris polyphylla Smith are relatively close.3.The comprehensive evaluation results of 10 kinds of the Paris show that the chemical index from high to low is Paris forrestii(Takht.)H.Li(Ci=0.2755)>Paris polyphylla Smith(Ci=0.2732)>Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Soukup(Ci=0.2698)>Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.(Ci=0.2445)>Paris vietnamensis(Takht.)H.Li(Ci=0.2345)>Paris polyphylla var.stenophylla(Ci=0.1591)>Paris thibetica Franch.(Ci=0.1416)>Paris polyphylla var.nana(Ci=0.1178)>Paris polyphylla var.Chinensis(Ci=0.1151)>Paris mairei Levl.(Ci=0.1149).It shows that the comprehensive quality of different types of the Paris is quite different,but the overall quality of the three the Paris,such as Paris forrestii(Takht.)H.Li,Paris polyphylla Smith and Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Soukup,is higher than that of the Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.The comprehensive quality of Paris vietnamensis(Takht.)H.Li and Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.is closer.The comprehensive quality of the five types of the Paris,such as the Paris polyphylla var.stenophylla,Paris thibetica Franch.,Paris polyphylla var.nana,Paris polyphylla var.Chinensis,and Paris mairei Levl.,are much worse than the Pharmacopoeia Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.Paris forrestii(Takht.)H.Li,Paris polyphylla Smith,Paris daliensis H.Li et V.G.Soukup and Paris vietnamensis(Takht.)H.Li can be further researched and developed as excellent germplasm resources.3.UPLC fingerprints of 9 kinds of the Paris were established.Further analysis by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS indicated that 32 chemical components were identified from 9 species of plants.Conclusion:1.Excavate and analyze the big data information of the Paris L,explore the current status of the industry,resources and scientific research and the key problems existing in the Paris L,and provide ideas for guiding the sustainable and comprehensive development of the Paris.2.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)combined with original plant morphological identification can quickly identify Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis and their similar species,Providing scientific basis for the identification of the Paris medicinal materials and the accuracy of clinical medications.3.UPLC multi-index content determination combined with TOPSIS analysis and integration analysis,establish a comprehensive index of chemical quality of the Paris,is of great significance for the quality evaluation of the Paris.4.UPLC fingerprint combined with UPLC-Q-TOF-MS analysis to explore the equivalence and difference of chemical constituents in the Paris medicinal materials,and provide scientific basis for discovering new resources.
