Study On Quality Management In HangZhou Red Cross Hospital Under The New Medical Environment

Medical quality management is the core work of each hospital and is one of the most important parts of hospital management.It plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of the hospital.The reform of public hospitals has further deepened,and the gradual progress of grading diagnosis and treatment has brought more critically ill patients to tertiary public hospitals.In addition to the opening of the full-fledged second child,private medical institutions have expanded further,and they have also put forward higher requirements for the hospital’s medical service capabilities and medical quality.For this reason,public hospitals,in order to maintain the competitiveness of their own industries,must effectively solve the problems existing in the process of medical quality management and improve medical quality management.Therefore,under the new situation of continuously advancing and deepening the reform of public hospitals,how to further improve the medical quality management of public hospitals has become the focus of this study.This article takes the medical quality management of the Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital as the research object.Through clinical interviews and questionnaire surveys,the Red Cross Hospital’s existing medical quality management system and outpatient,emergency and inpatient treatment links are investigated and comprehensively investigated.The analysis found that Red Cross hospitals have a series of problems in the management of medical quality: weak awareness of quality management of medical staff,low level of medical quality management information,continuous implementation of medical quality improvement,inadequate health care quality assessment system,etc..Therefore,in order to further improve the overall medical service quality of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital,it is urgent to formulate a set of scientific quality management standards,which mainly refer to the quality of links,the quality of medical basic work,and the final evaluation standards.Therefore,by consulting relevant references and a large amount of information,the author learns and learns from domestic and foreign medical structure improvement measures in the management of medical quality,and proposes a number of improvements to improve the existing medical quality management framework,including: The introduction of advanced management concepts,improve the management level;build an integrated medical quality management platform,dynamic medical quality management;Set up quality indicators in the link and improve the quality management system.At present,the relevant proposals put forward by the author have already been recognized by the hospital and put into practice.The author will effectively track the effect of the implementation in the future and continue to improve.
