| ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2),serum tumor markers and bone metastasis.MethodsFrom February 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with bone metastases and 150 patients without bone metastasis who were pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer in our hospital and diagnosed with systemic bone imaging and MRI were collected.ER,PR and HER-2 immunohistochemical tests were performed on the lesions surgically removed, and serum tumor markers including oncoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA125)and carbohydrate antigen(CA153)were determined. The collected data were divided into the bone metastasis group and the non-bone metastasis group, and the immunohistochemical expression, gene types, tumor markers and other data of the two groups,as well as the patients’ were compared. The correlation between the degree of immunohistochemical expression, the level of tumormarkers and the degree of bone metastasis was analyzed, comparsion of T and N stages with bone metastases.Results1.It was significant among bone metastasis of breast cancer patients with different subtypes of genes(x~2=21.304,P<0.05).2.It was significant between bone metastasis and non-metastatic group in ER and HER-2 expression groups in breast cancer patients(the Values of x~2 are9.415,3.848,the Values of P are 0.024,0.003).3.The degree of ER expression in breast cancer patients was positively correlated with the degree of bone metastasis, while the degree of her-2expression was negatively correlated with the degree of bone metastasis(the Values of r are 0.505、0.545,the Values of P are 0.000).4.The serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 levels were positive correlated with the degree of bone metastasis in bone metastases group in breast cancer, the more serious the bone metastases, the higher the serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 levels were(the Values of r are 0.754,0.794,0.646,the Values of P are0.003,0.032,0.000).5.It was significant between bone metastasis and non-metastatic group in Patients with breast cancer with T stage(x~2=9.355,P<0.05).6.It was significant between bone metastasis and non-metastatic group in Patients with breast cancer with N stage(x~2=21.304,P<0.05).ConclusionsBone metastasis in breast cancer patients is associated with genetypes,ER and her-2 expression, serum tumor markers and the staging of T and N.The expression of ER and her-2 was enhanced in breast cancer patients, and the more severe the bone metastasis was.The more severe the bone metastasis in breast cancer patients, the higher the serum tumor markers CEA,CA125 and CA153.The more severe the T and N staging, the higher the bone metastasis rate. |
