The Relationship Between Fear Of Recurrence,Internal Strength And Quality Of Life In Female Cancer Patients After Surgery

Objective:Describe female cancer patients with postoperative recurrence of fear and the present situation of inner strength,fear stilettos to the female cancer patients postoperative recurrence,the influence factors of inner strength and its relationship with the quality of life,effectively reduce the recurrence of female cancer patients for clinical fear,the level of inner strength,and provide evidence for intervention measures to improve the quality of patients life.Methods:This study adopts the method of convenience sampling,from February 2019 to December 2019,selection of promoting a certain level of first-class hospital,the questionnaire survey to 391 cases of female cancer postoperative patients questionnaire content including general demographic information,localization version fear simplified scale disease progression,inner strength scale,cancer patients quality of life scale,etc.,using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis,statistical methods including general descriptive analysis,anova,t-test,Pearson correlation analysis.Results:(1)The total score of fear of recurrence in female cancer patients was(48.49±4.82),which was at a medium level.There were significant differences among female cancer patients in factors such as no occupation,low monthly family income,no spouse,high life pressure and no medical security,and the differences were statistically significant.That is,the higher the score,the higher the risk of recurrence.(2)The total score of the internal strength of female cancer patients after surgery was(79.29±13.59),which was in the middle level.There were significant differences in factors such as occupation,education level,family monthly average income,life pressure,personality tendency,medical payment method,smoking habit,duration of illness,economic burden of illness,and the presence or absence of other diseases(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.(3)The total score of postoperative quality of life of female cancer patients was(78.99±11.1),which was in the middle level.There were significant differences in education level,monthly family income,life pressure,personality,medical payment method,economic burden and other diseases(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.(4)The total score of postoperative recurrence fear in female cancer patients was positively correlated with internal strength(r=0.389,P<0.05).It was positively correlated with the quality of life,that is,the degree of recurrence fear was negatively correlated with the actual quality of life(r=-0.264,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between internal strength and quality of life,that is,there was a negative correlation between the level of internal strength and the actual quality of life(r=-0.400,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Female cancer patients had a moderate fear of recurrence after surgery.Compared with female cancer patients with no occupation,low monthly family income,no spouse,high life pressure and no medical security,they had a higher fear of recurrence.(2)Female cancer patients with low educational level,low monthly family income,high life pressure,introverted personality,no medical insurance and heavy financial burden had relatively low internal strength after surgery.(3)The quality of life of female cancer patients after surgery was at a moderate level.The quality of life of female cancer patients with low education,low monthly family income,high life pressure,introverted personality,no medical insurance,heavy financial burden,and other diseases is relatively low.(4)The degree of fear of postoperative recurrence was negatively correlated with the actual quality of life of female cancer patients.The internal strength level is negatively correlated with the actual life quality level.The total score of recurrent fear was positively correlated with inner strength.
