Clinical Observation Of Wuzhuyu Wengan Decoction On Hepatitis B Fibrosis Of Liver Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuzhuyu Wengan Decoction on chronic hepatitis B fibrosis of liver-yang deficiency type,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Wuzhuyu Wengan Decoction on this disease,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical application and research.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis of liver yang deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with routine antiviral drugs(entecavir dispersible tablets)and Wuzhuyu Wengan decoction,while the control group was treated with routine antiviral drugs(entecavir dispersible tablets).The course of treatment was 24 weeks.Therapeutic indices such as degree,hepatic fibrosis,hepatitis B,viral dosage and liver function,as well as related safety indices,were analyzed statistically.Result:1.In terms of syndrome and signs,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%and that of the control group was 80%.In terms of syndrome score,the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.In the aspect of liver fibrosis,the comparison of liver hardness between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.01).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group in four aspects of liver fibrosis after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of liver fibrosis in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).3.In the five aspects of hepatitis B,there was no significant difference in the number of positive cases of HBsAg and HBeAg between the two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment and the negative conversion rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.In terms of HBV-DNA,there was significant difference in viral quantity between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).5.In terms of liver function,there were significant differences in ALT,AST and TBIL indexes between the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in GGT indexes after treatment compared with those before treatment and between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wuzhuyu Wengan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,biochemical indicators,liver hardness and related serological indicators of patients with hepatitis B fibrosis of liver-yang deficiency type,and has good clinical efficacy.
