| Objective:to investigate the feasibility of prospective assessment of fracture risk in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus from the perspective of constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine by analyzing the fracture types and constitutions of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus from 2 to 12 years old,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of children with fracture.Methods:183 cases of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus who met the inclusion criteria were collected. The children’ s physical types were determined by filling in the survey scale, and the fracture types and other related factors were counted.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for analysis. Results:there were 145 cases of single constitution,78 cases of mild constitution and 67 cases of biased constitution. The most frequent occurrence in biased constitution is qi stagnation and Yin deficiency.Among the GartlandⅠ type, the most frequent ones are:mild quality,qi stagnation quality,Yin deficiency quality and specific intrinsic quality. In GartlandⅡ type, appear frequency is high:gentle qualitative,qi yu is qualitative.Among the GartlandⅢ type, the most frequently occurring constitutions are:mild,Yin deficiency,qi stagnation and specific quality.A total of 38 cases were reported. In addition,Yin deficiency and damp-heat deficiency were the most common, followed by qi deficiency and qi stagnation,qi deficiency and damp-heat deficiency. Conclusion:the proportion of mild fracture is the highest, suggesting that violence is still the primary risk factor for fracture in children. There were three types of constitution:qi stagnation,Yin deficiency and specific nature, which were correlated with the occurrence of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Yin deficiency is the most common and qi depression is closely related to the occurrence of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. |
