With the rapid development of world competitive sports, scientific training has become the only way and an important guarantee to improve the performance of competitive sports.Sports training as a basic component of competitive sports, the original subjective training methods and monitoring and recovery measures have been unable to meet the development of contemporary competitive sports. The characteristics of the aerobics project determine that the muscles quickly exert force. The movement of any wrong force or the imbalance of the active muscle and the antagonist muscle and the imbalance of the left and right contralateral muscle groups will lead to an increased chance of injury.,Unable to conduct normal training and competitions. In order for athletes to maintain a higher technical level,it requires a balanced development of both sides of the body, and the improvement of the non-dominant side ability, which can play a very important role in reducing athletes’ body imbalance, reducing the risk of injury, reducing errors, and improving professional skills Great promotion effect. This article studies the non-dominant side injury assessment and training methods of athletes during the national aerobics team training, and aims to more effectively monitor the injuries of the aerobics national team athletes during the training period. This article takes 37 national aerobics team athletes as research objects in 2018 and 2019.Before and after performing YBT and FMS on national aerobics team athletes through the literature data method, expert interview method, test method, mathematical statistics method and questionnaire survey method Testing,self-examination of pain points. The test results before and after the training period are evaluated and analyzed, and the training methods for improving the non-dominant side ability during the training period are tracked and recorded.Concluded as follow:1.By tracking the national aerobics team for two consecutive years before and after training, the athletes’ statistical analysis on the YBT test revealed that: in 2018,the national aerobics team athletes YBT left and right legs were obliquely extended and 3 tests, the extension value was reduced,13 values To improve. The anterior and lateral extension of the left and right upper limbs,mid-posterior extension, and oblique posterior extension p <0.05,there were significant differences before and after training. The average difference between the two sides was reduced from 5.1cm to 1.5cm.In 2019,the national aerobics team athletes YBT,except for the left upper extremity, stretched diagonally, all the test items extended an average distance of3.50 cm,after a paired sample T test,11 items of p <0.05,there is a significant difference before and after training. The average difference between the two sides of each index decreased from 4.5cm to 2.8cm.The imbalance measured by YBT has been improved, the gap between the two sides of the body has narrowed, and the risk of injury has been reduced.2.By tracking the national aerobics team for two consecutive years before and after training, the athletes ’statistical analysis of the FMS test revealed that the total score of the national aerobics team athletes’ FMS in 2018 increased from 13.83 points to 18.13 points.Seven test items such as squat, through paired sample T test,p <0.05,there are significant differences before and after training. In 2019,the total number of athletes of the National Aerobics Team increased from 15.86 points to 19.35 points.Straight lunge and other four tests, after paired sample T test,p <0.05,there is a significant difference before and after training. The score of the FMS test item increased significantly, the athlete’s risk of injury was reduced, and flexibility and stability were enhanced.3.By tracking the statistical analysis of self-examination of athletes’ pain points before and after training for the national aerobics team for two consecutive years,it is learned that the injuries of athletes are showing a decreasing trend, the degree of injury of the upper and lower limbs decreases the most, and the trunk part decreases less.In 2018,the total number of athletes with grade 3 or higher injuries fell from 22 to 5.In 2019,the total number of athletes with injuries above grade 3 has been reduced from 8 to 3 people. The high pain level is converted to a low pain level, and the athlete’s injury is effectively relieved.4.In the staged arrangement of the national aerobics team, the training to improve the non-dominant side abilities is concentrated on the preparation period and the improvement period. With the advancement of the competition plan, the proportion of the non-dominant side skills and physical training of the national aerobics team athletes gradually decreased. As the proportion of complete training sets gradually increases, the non-dominant side training for athletes is more targeted.Based on the research conclusions,I hope that the results of this article can play a positive role in the prevention of injuries of athletes of the national aerobics team.At the same time, the awareness of injury prevention and specific implementation methods provide theoretical basis and practical reference for grassroots aerobics coaches,so that athletes can have better sports performance and competitive performance in the game.
