Objective:To study the general regularity of tumor markers related to primary ovarian cancer, and to analyze the correlation between tumor markers of primary ovarian cancer and TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of patients.Methods:87 patients with primary ovarian cancer who met the inclusion criteria from 2018-1 to 2018-12 were selected from the Oncology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The general data(age, past history, personal history, etc.),general information(four diagnostic data of patients, whether there are serious complications, etc.)and the results of auxiliary examinations(specific tumor markers)were collected. The patients were classified according to TCM syndrome differentiation.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the included data. Results:The positive rate of combined detection of CA125,HE4,CA153,CA724 and CEA was significantly higher than that of single tumor marker. The positive rate of tumor markers increased with the clinical stage. The positive rate of tumor markers in TCM syndrome groups increased in turn according to the order of phlegm-dampness stagnation,qi stagnation and blood stasis,dampness-heat accumulation and toxin, deficiency of both qi and yin.Generally speaking, the positive rate of deficiency syndrome(deficiency of both Qi and Yin)is higher than that of deficiency-excess mixture(damp-heat accumulation of toxin)and syndrome(phlegm-dampness stagnation,qi stagnation and blood stasis).Except for CEA,the positive rates of CA125,HE4,CA153 and CA724 in each TCM syndromes group and the content of laboratory tests showed a gradual increase trend from positive to deficiency syndrome. The content and positive rate of CEA were closely related to phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion:Combined detection of ovarian cancer markers can improve the diagnostic rate of ovarian cancer. The positive rate of tumor markers has a certain relationship with the clinical stage of ovarian cancer, which has a certain value in judging the condition and prognosis of ovarian cancer. The positive rate and content of tumor markers in the selected subjects are related to TCM syndrome differentiation, which can provide guidance for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. |
