| Objective:This study believes that Yin deficiency and phlegm is the key to the pathogenesis of male semen liquefaction,and then proposes a treatment method for nourishing yin and removing phlegm,and clinical trials to verify the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of stagnation of stagnation and stagnation of male semen without liquefaction.Methods:Seventy patients with yin deficiency and phlegm-type semen completely liquefied from April 20,2018 to November 30,2018 in Shandong Province are randomly divid into treatment groups(35 patients with informed consent).For example,pre-concentrated liquefied broth)and control group(35 cases,oral levofloxacin hydrochloride,vitamin C),compared with the changes of semen liquefaction,semen pH,sperm motility and sperm motility before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate is 90.909%in the treatment group and 79.310%in the control group.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The method of nourishing yin and dissipating phlegm can effectively promote semen liquefaction,and can improve the PH value of semen,improve sperm motility and sperm motility,and is an effective method for treating yin deficiency and phlegm-type semen without liquefaction. |
