Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined With Ozone Hydrotherapy On Damp-heat Soaking Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of longdan xiegan decoction combined with ozonation hydrotherapy in the treatment of damp-heat soaking eczema,and to analyze the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ozonation hydrotherapy in the treatment of eczema.Method:Clinical studies are planned to observe 60 patients with damp-heat immersion eczema.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases,the control group of 30 cases,the treatment group was given ozone spatherapy,combined with topical geranium ointment,the control group only used geranium ointment,both groups were treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction,treatment course 2 week.The curative effect was observed according to the skin lesions and the degree of itching before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in reducing the itching degree score and the skin lesion score(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Longdan xiegan decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy can significantly improve the effective rate in the treatment of wet-heat soaking eczema patients,and there is no obvious adverse reactions,good safety.The mechanism of action of ozone hydrotherapy on eczema may be related to activation of antioxidant defense system,enhancement of growth factor release and immune regulation.
