Objective: The rough pulse is the most valuable pulse type in modern micro-pulse science,but the physical nature of the rough pulse is still unclear.The tutor found that rough pulse may be abnormal vibration wave in clinical practice.This study is to explore whether rough pulse in patients with neck-shoulder syndrome is abnormal vibration wave,and to provide new ideas and methods for the objective study of pulse diagnosis.Methods: 80 patients with neck-shoulder syndrome and 80 healthy people were collected by vibration pulse detection system.The two groups of pulse images were analyzed by MATLAB,and the difference between the two groups was observed.According to the difference,the diagnostic criteria of pulse diagram for patients with neck-shoulder syndrome were established,and the diagnostic tests were conducted according to the criteria.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of pulse diagram diagnosis were evaluated.Pulse pressure wave of the two groups was collected by Daosheng Four Diagnostic Instrument,and the difference of pressure pulse graph between the two groups was observed.In addition,the pulse vibration wave was compared with the pressure wave,and the difference between the vibration wave and the pressure wave was observed.Results:1.In this study,there was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups,and there was comparability.2.MATLAB analysis of two groups of subjects showed that abnormal vibration waves appeared in the first layer and second segment of the Cun pulse in patients with neck-shoulder syndrome,and the frequency of abnormal vibration waves was different.3.The frequency of abnormal vibration waves in the first and second segments of Cunpulse is more than 20% as the diagnostic criterion of cervical-shoulder syndrome.The diagnostic test shows that the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the abnormal vibration waves are 82.5%,75% and 78.75% respectively.The positive predictive value was 76.7%,the negative predictive value was 81.1%,the positive likelihood ratio was 3.3,and the negative likelihood ratio was 0.23.4.There was no significant difference in pressure wave between the two groups.5.Vibration pulse diagram has more abundant information than pressure pulse diagram,which needs to be interpreted in the next step.Conclusion: Abnormal vibration waves appear in the first and second segments of Cun pulse in patients with neck-shoulder syndrome.The physical properties of rough pulse in modern micro-pulse science may be abnormal vibration waves. |
