Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Qianyang Fengshen Dan in the treatment of stable angina pectoris due to the theory of "winter disease and summer cure".Methods: 1.This study collected the diagnosis of coronary heart disease stable angina with Chinese and Western medicine in the outpatient and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the winter of 2017(November,November,2017 to February 18,2017).The TCM syndrome is qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Eighty patients with yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each.2.June 21,2002(Summer solstice)August 7th,2018(Liqiu)is the treatment period,February 4,2018(Lichun)February 4,2019(Lichun)is a complete observation period, lasting 1 year. The control group was treated with Western medicine during the whole observation period. The treatment group was supplemented with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qianyang Capsule on the basis of the control group during the treatment period(Summer solstice,Xiaoshu,Dashu,Liqiu four solar terms,7 days for each Qigong).Myelin treatment. Before and after the treatment period, the safety indexes of blood, urine, stool routine and liver and kidney function were observed in the two groups, and the safety of the therapy was evaluated. The therapeutic indicators were observed in the two groups before and after the observation period, respectively. The onset of angina pectoris,TCM symptom scores, electrocardiogram,Seattle angina pectoris(SAQ)scores, and winter hospitalization events were observed and analyzed, and the differences in efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results: 1.In the course of this study, there were 5 cases of total shedding, and 75 cases were included in the statistical analysis,37 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group. The general clinical data such as gender, age, duration of disease, and severity of angina were compared between the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.2.The efficacy of angina pectoris: the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 75.68%,which was better than that of the control group(52.63%)(P <0.05).The results of total scores of angina pectoris showed that the treatment group and the control group had an improvement on the total score of angina pectoris. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results of single-point scores of angina pectoris showed that the degree of angina pectoris and the amount of nitroglycerin in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).3.TCM symptom scores: The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 70.27%,which was better than that in the control group(47.37%)(P <0.05).The results of the total scores of TCM symptoms showed that the two groups of interventions had significant improvement on the total score of TCM symptoms. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of single scores of TCM symptoms showed that the treatment group had significant improvement on all TCM symptoms(P<0.01).The control group only improved the main symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations and shortness of breath(P <0.05).The comparison of the improvement of the scores before and after observation showed that the treatment group had better chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, cold, cold limbs, weak waist and knees, and the score of spontaneous sweating was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The control group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of palpitations and sputum scores(P>0.05).4.Electrocardiogram efficacy: The electrocardiogram was improved in both groups after observation. The total effective rate was 67.57% in the treatment group and 52.63% in the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the electrocardiogram between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The efficacy of the Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)score: the SAQ scores of both groups were improved after observation, and the improvement of physical activity(PL),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease awareness(DP)was significantly improved in the treatment group. In the control group(P<0.01).6.The incidence of hospitalization in winter was significantly lower in both groups than in the control group(P <0.05).7.There were no abnormalities in the safety observation indicators before and after treatment, and no adverse reaction events occurred. Conclusions: The treatment of winter disease and summer is effective in improving the degree of angina pectoris,TCM symptoms,Seattle angina pectoris(SAQ)score and winter hospitalization in patients with stable angina pectoris,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome.Western medicine routine treatment.
