| Objective:To observe the changes of sperm liquefaction test results in patients with testicular microlithiasis(TM)treated by Warming Yang and tonifying kidney method,and to explore the feasibility of Warming Yang and tonifying kidney method in treating TM with low sperm quality.Methods: 66 TM patients with low sperm quality were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(33 cases in each group).The treatment group was treated with Xianling Congrong Granule(one dose per day,morning and evening),while the control group was treated with Huanshao Capsule(5 tid),two groups of cases were treated with a course of treatment every 20 days,all cases were observed for four courses.At the end of each course of treatment,the sperm motility,sperm density,semen liquefaction and normal morphology sperm rate were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated according to semen quality.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data analysis.Results: The motility,density and normal morphology of sperm in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the liquefaction rate of semen in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The method of Warming Yang and tonifying kidney with Xianling Congrong Granule is effective in the treatment of inferior sperm quality of TM,and it is worth popularizing. |
