Clinical Study In Treating Delayed Menstruation With Cold Deficiency Type By Decoction For Warming Meridian With Acupoint Application And Its Effect Of Acupoint Temperature

Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Warming Meridian combined with acupoint application in the treatment of delayed menstruation with cold deficiency type,and its effect on acupoint temperature,explore the action mechanism,to provide safe and effective treatment for the late menstruation of deficiency-coldtype in clinic.Methods:This study observed a total of 70 patients.They all came from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital serviced by the department of gynaecology clinic and are patients of deficiency cold type menstruation.The study was conducted in a randomized controlled manner,strict control of variable factors,divide the participants into observation group and control group randomly.There are 35 cases in each group.Observation group:oral Jinkui Wenjing Decoction.Decoction,daily dose,two times per day,and taking medicine after the end of each menstrual period,21 doses as a course of treatment.With Acupoint Application Therapy,apply once a day for 4～6 hours each time,seven days is a course of treatment.Control group:oral Jinkui Wenjing Decoction.Observe the improvement of TCM syndromes,the change of Acupoint temperature,and the correlation between the total score of TCM clinical syndromes and the change of acupoint temperature before and after treatment in two groups,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:This study observed a total of 70 patients,after three courses of treatment,observation group fell off 3 cases,there are 32 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group actually.The observation group 6 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total efficiency was 96.88%.The control group 2 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 88.57%.The total curative effect of traditional Chinese medical symptoms between the two groups has statistical significance(P﹤0.05)the observation group is better than the control group.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups had statistical significance(P﹤0.05).The temperature of acupoints in both groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,in the observation group the temperature of Shenque(CV8),Guanyuan(CV4),Shenshu(bilateral)acupoints had significant difference(P ﹤ 0.01),Qihai(CV6),Mingmen had statistical significance(P﹤0.05),the temperature of Shenque(CV8),Qihai(CV6)acupoints in the control group had significant difference(P ﹤0.01),but Guanyuan(CV4),Mingmen and Shenshu(bilateral))acupoints in the control group had not statistical significance(P﹥0.05);there was statistical significance between the two groups of acupoint temperature after treatment,the temperature of Shenque(CV8),Guanyuan(CV4),Qihai(CV6),Mingmen and Shenshu(right)had significant difference(P﹤0.01),the temperature of shenshu(left)had statistical significance(P﹤0.05).Spearman rank correlation test was used to test the improvement of traditional Chinese medical clinical symptom scoreand temperature change between the two groups,P﹤0.05,with correlation.Conclusions:This study shows that,decoction for Warming Meridian withacupoint application were effective in treating deficiency cold type menstruation Observably,significant improvement of deficiency and cold symptoms.Clinical application is safe and effective.it is worth promoting.
