Clinical Research In Treatment Of Elderly Type Hypertension And Somnipathy Is (Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency) With Congrong Niuxi Decoction

Objective:Based on the observation of clinical symptoms,auxiliary examinations and scale scores of selected cases before and after treatment,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Congrong Niuxi decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension and Somnipathy,and explored the compatibility characteristics of its prescription.Methods:A total of 100 patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency hypertension and Somnipathy are selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=50)and the control group (n=50).Both groups were treated with modern medicine and health education,on this basis,the control group was treated with Zishen Anshen mixture and treatment group was treated with Congrong Niuxi decoction.After 4 weeks,clinical symptoms,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the incidence of adverse events were observed,and observing the security index(three great regular tests,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram),the treatment group was compared with the control group and both groups were compared with themselves for before and after treatment,using t test,X~2 test,rank sum test of SPSS software to analyze.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:the TCM symptom score of both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the total effective rate of 92%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 74%in the control group(P<0.05).2.Antihypertensive efficiency:after treatment,the total clinical efficiency of antihypertensive in the treatment group was 88%,which was significantly higher than 76%in the control group,with a significant difference.(P<0.05).3.Improving sleep efficiency:after treatment,the clinical sleep efficiency of the treatment group was 86%,and that of the control group was 70%.Cistanche bissop in the treatment group was significantly improved in improving sleep compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.Dynamic blood pressure parameters:before and after treatment,the blood pressure values of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).5.Pittsburgh sleep quality index score:after treatment,Pittsburgh score was significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction,with statistical significance(P<0.01 and P<0.05),and the difference between sleep quality and daytime dysfunction was more significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in improving sleep efficiency(P>0.05).After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of sleep quality in the treatment group was 82%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety:during the observation,no adverse events or adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Congrong Niuxi decoction can effectively reduce patients’blood pressure,improve their sleep quality,and has safety.To provide new ideas for the treatment of senile hypertension and Somnipathy.
