Clinical Observation And Experimental Study Of Cibanheji In The Treatment Of Non-mutated Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma With Yin Deficiency And Heat Toxicity

Objective:To investigate the short-term efficacy of cibanheji in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma without EGFR mutation and its inhibitory effect on the growth of A549 cells through clinical observation and experimental study.Methods:(1)Clinical observation: 60 patients with non-mutated advanced lung adenocarcinoma were included in the hospital and outpatient department,and were divided into groups for one course of treatment.Survival,clinical symptom relief and index improvement before and after treatment were observed.(2)In vitro experiment: to establish a nude mice left fore A549 lung transplantation tumor animal model of implanted tumor 6 days later,in axillary can hit about 5 ㎜*5 ㎜ lump,random grouping: control group,cisplatin group,Chinese traditional medicine group,the joint group,each group 6.Control group: normal saline 0.013ml/g was given by gavage,and normal saline 2.5mg/ml was injected every other day.Cisplatin group: cisplatin 2.5mg/ml,the next day,intraperitoneal injection,at the same time physiological saline 0.013ml/g,every day,gavage;Traditional Chinese medicine group: 0.013ml/g,intragastric administration every day,at the same time,normal saline 2.5mg/ml,the next day,intraperitoneal injection;Combined group: traditional Chinese medicine was given to the stomach every day,while 2.5mg/ml cisplatin was given to the abdomen every other day.After 28 days of intervention,mice were sacrificed to weigh the tumor body and the tumor inhibition rate(tumor inhibition rate)was calculated.Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of 4e-bp1 protein in tumor tissues.Results:(1)Clinical observation of 60 cases,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In the experimental study,the tumor volume of the control group,cisplatin group,traditional Chinese medicine group and combination group were(1838±100)mm,(1087±82)mm,(1223±42)mm,(727±64)mm,respectively.The differences in cisplatin and cisplatin were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tumor inhibition rates were 0,18.69%,17.69% and 49.23%,respectively.Western blot and immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of 4e-bp1 protein was increased in cisplatin group,Chinese medicine group and combination group compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Cibanheji can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the functional state of the body.2.Cibanheji can reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,which can play a sensitization role.3.Cibanheji can significantly inhibit the growth of A549 lung cancer transplanted tumor,and has a synergistic effect in combination with cisplatin.
