Based On The Theory Of "the Exterior-interior Relationship Between Lung And Large Intestine",to Explore The Application Value Of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule In The Treatment Of Elderly Patients With Lung-stomach Febrile Pneumonia

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of “The exterior-interior relationship between lung and large intestine”,the application value of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with lung-stomach febrile pneumonia was discussed through clinical observation.Methods: 70 cases of elderly patients with lung-stomach febrile pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups on average.Both groups were treated with the same Western medicine standardized treatment.The treatment group accepted the "Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule" in addition to the standardized treatment.Both groups were treated for10 days.After the clinical trials,the inflammatory related indicators(white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein),CPIS score,and TCM syndrome scores were observed and analyzed.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results: In this study,a total of 70 observation cases were enrolled,including 3 cases excluded and 1 case lost.Finally,33 cases in the treatment group and the control group completed the experiment and entered statistical analysis.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91%(healing and effective rate was66.67%)and 89.88%(healing and effective rate was 33.33%),respectively.There was a statistical difference between the 2 groups of data(P < 0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing CPIS score,WBC,NEUT% and CRP(P <0.05),while there was no difference in the reduction of PCT between the 2 groups.In terms of reducing the total score of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P < 0.01).In addition,the treatment group had a significant advantage over the control group(P < 0.01)in improving constipation,abdominal distension,shortness of breath,poor appetite and other single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment group improved Symptoms such ascough,upset,thirst,yellow urine,yellow tongue coating were superior to the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in fever,sputum color,sputum quality,lung signs and pulse condition(P > 0.05).Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and occult blood,stool culture,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and no abnormal changes were observed except for the decrease of inflammatory related indicators.Conclusion: Combined with conventional treatment of western medicine,liuwei nengxiao capsule can improve the total effective rate of elderly patients with lung-stomach febrile pneumonia,and can significantly improve part of clinical symptoms of patients,and no obvious adverse reactions and side effects were found,which proves that liuwei nengxiao capsule has certain application value in the treatment of elderly patients with lung-stomach febrile pneumonia.
