Study On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Based On Six Meridians Syndrome Differentiation And Its Clinical Pattern

Objective: To apply the theory of syndrome differentiation based on "treatises on febrile diseases" on treating knee osteoarthritis and summarize the distribution pattern of six syndromes of knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide ideas and methods for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment to improve clinical efficacy.Methods: A total of 89 cases of knee osteoarthritis that met the inclusion criteria were collected.The clinical data were collected,sorted out and statistically analyzed to obtain the distribution pattern of clinical six syndromes and to explore the relationship between knee osteoarthritis and syndrome differentiation of six syndromes.Research results:1.Knee osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic and common disease that tends to occur in the middle and old age.50 ～ 70 years old is the age of high incidence;Winter is the high incidence season of the disease;Obesity is one of the risk factors.2.Shaoyin disease is the most common six-channel disease of knee osteoarthritis;After the resolution of the six single disease by shaoyin disease is also the most;The proportion of shaoyang-yangming syndrome was the highest among the Sanyang syndromes,and there is no syndromes between Sun meridians and Shaoyang meridians and Yangming meridians.Among the Sanyin syndromes,all of them were associated with other two diseases,and there were three cases of them.The diseases of Yin and Yang in the six classics are mainly the Sanyin diseases.3.The analysis of the age,gender,BMI and seasonal differences in the six channels of yin-yang diseases shows that the average age and BMI of Sanyin diseases are higher than that of Sanyin diseases,and Sanyin diseases are more common in winter.There is no significant difference between Sanyin diseases and Sanyin diseases in terms of gender.Between the diseases of Yin and Yang in six channels and the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,the Sanyang disease group was mainly composed of liver qi stagnation type and damp-heat stasis type,no phlegm and blood stasis type and spleen-kidney deficiency and wet joint injection type.The liver and kidney deficiency type and phlegm and blood stasis type were the main types in Sanyin group,no damp-heat stasis type.Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of knee osteoarthritis are mainly Sanyin disease,and Shaoyin disease is the most common type of Sanyin disease.Its occurrence and aggravation are closely related to the perception of external pathogens,the disharmony between the camp and the guard,and the six impurity sensation are the important factors for the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis.Phlegm turbidity and blood stasis are the important pathologic factors of knee osteoarthritis.
