Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Blocking Collaterals Of Depression After Ischemic Stroke By Tiandi Jieyu Decoction

ObjectionThrough this clinical study,to observe the clinical efficacy of Tiandi Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of depression after ischemic stroke of Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type,and to provide theoretical basis for the better application of Tiandi Jieyu Decoction in clinical practice.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic and inclusion,sixty-two patients with post-stroke depression of Yin deficiency,phlegm stasis and collateral obstruction type were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tiandi Jieyu Decoction plus sertraline on the basis of routine basic medication,while the control group was treated with sertraline on the basis of routine basic medication.Six weeks is a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,a total of 12 weeks.Observe and record the HAMD,NIHSS,ADL and quantified standard scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,and observe the total effective rate before and after treatment and the safety of the test.Results1.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 80.65%,which was better than 51.61% of the control group(P(27)0.05).2.The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,which was better than 58.06% of the control group(P(27)0.05).3.The observation group was superior to the control group in reducing the levels of HAMD and NIHSS and improving the level of ADL(P(27)0.05).4.The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of depression,anxiety,five upset fever,dizziness and skin armor(P(27)0.05).Conclusion1.Tiandi Jieyu Decoction can effectively improve the depressive state of patients,improve the neurological function of patients,and provide a new effective way to improve the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression.2.Tiandi Jieyu Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of post-stroke depression patients with Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,especially in depression,anxiety,five-heart upset heat,dizziness and skin armour error.3.Tiandi Jieyu Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions and good safety during the experiment.
