The Clinical Research About Acute Phase Of Stroke Meridians And Blood Lipid,Lp-PLA2

Objective:To explore the correlation and relationship between different syndrome types of ischemic stroke and modern medical blood lipid index and Lp-PLA2,and provide a theoretical basis for further integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine for ischemic stroke.Methed:1.Patient syndrome classificationAccording to the "Chinese cerebral infarction diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2017)",the syndrome type scale was established,and the patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into five syndrome types,and the five syndromes were classified into deficiency syndrome,evidence,For the study,see the appendix.2.Test method for research indicatorsOn the second day after admission,the patients were treated with fasting venous blood to measure LDL-C,HDL-C,TC,TG and Lp-PLA2.The above test indicators were determined by the Shandong Provincial Hospital Laboratory.3.Statistical methodsThe statistical software spss19.0 was used for data processing.The sample count data was expressed by X±σ.The patient’s LDL-C,TC,and Lp-PLA2 data were in normal distribution,and were analyzed by t test,one-way ANOVA andmultiple analysis.Statistical analysis,the patient’s TG,HDL-C data does not conform to the normal distribution,the rank sum test is used,P<0.05 is statistically significant,and the hypothesis test uses the two-sided test.Results:1.The levels of TC and HDL-C in female patients are significantly higher than those in males.2.The level of HDL-C in patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome was lower,and it was statistically significant compared with other syndrome types.The TG level of Yin-deficiency wind-motion syndrome was lower,and it was statistically significant compared with other syndrome types.3.LDL-C,in patients with evidence(wind-breaking syndrome,wind-fired syndrome),false and complicated syndromes(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),deficiency syndrome(yin deficiency and wind-induced syndrome,liver-kidney deficiency syndrome)The TC levels decreased in turn.4.The level of Lp-PLA2 in patients with yin deficiency and wind-induced syndrome is lower,and the level of Lp-PLA2 in patients with wind-stagnation syndrome and wind-swift syndrome is higher,but they are all within the normal range.Conclusion:1.The levels of TC and HDL-C in female patients were significantly higher than those in males,showing significant gender differences.2.LDL-C and TC levels were higher in the patients with evidence,and HDL-C levels were lower in patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.3.The level of Lp-PLA2 is significantly different in patients with evidence and deficiency syndrome.The level of Lp-PLA2 is higher in the empirical patients.It is speculated that Lp-PLA2 may reflect an objective sign of human disease.
