Clinical Efficacy And Experimental Study Of MaHuang Tincture In The Treatment Of Schatzker Ⅴ And Ⅵ Type Fracture Soft Tissue Injury

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Ma Huang Tincture in acute fractures of Schatzker type Ⅴ and type Ⅵ fractures;Establish a mouse injury model,to study the mechanism of Ma Huang Tincture treatment in acute soft tissue injury.Method:1.Clinical study: Patients with Schatzker Ⅴ and Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into three groups: Ma Huang Tincture group,alcohol group,conventional dressing group,Comparing the pain level of Ma Huang Tincture before and after the treatment of tibial plateau fractures,preoperative swelling,swelling time before surgery,postoperative wound healing,suture removal days,days in hospital;2.Experimental study:The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(Ma Huang Tincture,alcohol group,model group,control group).Rat injury models were established except for control group,to observe the effect of Ma Huang Tincture and alcohol external application on soft tissue injury.Changes in swelling of acute soft tissue injuries,histomorphological changes,and study the expression of IL-1βm RNA and IL-6 m RNA in damaged tissues.Result:1.Clinical study: Ma Huang Tincture can effectively improve the pain and knee swelling of patients with tibial plateau fracture before andafter surgery,reduce the number of days before surgery,shorten the healing time of postoperative knife edge.It was verified that Ma Huang Tincture has exact clinical efficacy in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture soft tissue before and after operation.2.Experimental study:Ma Huang tincture soft tissue injury in rats Acute treatment significantly,its mechanism and Ma Huang tincture inhibited the expression levels of IL-1β and IL-6m RNA related tissue injury.
