Objectives: To explore two kinds operation postoperative effect difference of the type Ⅱ nasal bone fracture and analysis the difference of postoperative effect with visual analogue score. Methods: This is a clinical comparative study.40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. Both group A and group B were 20 patients. The patients of group A and group B were treated with traditional open reduction of nasal bone and endoscopic assisted open reduction of nasal bone respectively. Before and one month after operation, the patients were filled with the designed visual analogue score. After data collection completed, various clinical data was analyzed by corresponding statistical methods, including paired t-test,independent sample t-test and nonparametric test. The postoperative effect of two kinds operation was evaluated by clinical data processed by statistical methods. Results: There was no significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups before surgery. And on the first postoperative month follow-up,both group A and group B VAS scores were significantly improved in the symptoms including nasal obstruction, nasal pain, parethesia and self feeling about nasal deviation degree. However, before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between group A and group B in two cases of snivel and nasal itching.Furthermore, group B postoperative effect is better than group A.Conclusion:(1)Among the operation treatment of type Ⅱ nasal bone fracture, both traditional open reduction of nasal bone and endoscopic assisted open reduction of nasal bone can achieve repair nasal deformity and treat nasal bone fracture on subjective efficacy.(2)The postoperative effect of endoscopic assisted open reduction is better than traditional open reduction.
