| Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),as an noninvasive brain stimulation technique,has been applied to clinical cases for more than 30 years.For its property of modulating neural plasticity,TMS play an assistant therapeutical role in the sequla such as motor impairment,language impairment,attention impairment-neglect after stroke,but the TMS rehabilitation protocal controversy and limits has emerged since 1990 s,being a part of stroke has limited to some extent,not all of the stroke patients can benefit from TMS treatment.In recent years,with the development of neural function imaging technique,especially the functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI),we have a deeper understanding of the large-scale level neural reorganization after stroke,including the connectivity change within neural network.Moreover,with the relationship between abnormal network connectivity and individual function state been clarified,and function improvement can be achieved by modulate the pathological network.Again as an effective network modulation tool,the therapeutical potential of TMS regain wide attention.Under the frame of neural network provide more fundamental theoretical base and experimental data support for the research found the function improvement induce by the TMS modulation of abnormal network connectivityAlso the function improvement has been applied to more wide cognition impairment.Through paper search,this paper evaluation and summarized the therapy effect of TMS protocol of function impairment after stroke,also we introduce the progress of TMS protocol on the base of neural network theory and f MRI data connectivity analysis,with hope to help its better use in clinical cases. |
