| Sophora alopecuroides L.belongs to the genus Sophora,It is distributed in many provinces of China.Sophora plants,as an important component of medicinal plant resources,are often used to treat various diseases,For example,Sophora flavescens is often used in the treatment of hepatitis B,and Nitraria sibirica is often used in the treatment of dysentery.Sophora alopecuroides,as one of the medicinal plants of Sophora,is a common medicinal material in Uygur.It has the functions of clearing heat,killing insects and stopping dysentery.Sophora alopecuroides is commonly used in the treatment of upper respiratory tract inflammation,gynecological inflammation,dysentery and other diseases in the folk.At present,there are few reports on the chemical constituents of Sophora alopecuroides.The experimental material used in this study was 5 kg dry Sophora alopecuroides root from Altay,Xinjiang.The crude extract was extracted by 95% ethanol cold leaching at room temperature.The petroleum ether layer,chloroform layer,ethyl acetate layer,n-butanol layer and water layer extracts of Sophora alopecuroides were obtained by solvent system extraction.The chemical constituents of the extractive layers were systematically studied by silica gel column chromatography,polyamide column chromatography,macroporous resin AB-8,Sephddex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography.Fourteen monomer compounds were isolated from the root of Sophora alopecuroides.According to the physical and chemical properties of monomer compounds,Co-TLC,1H NMR,13 C NMR data analysis and comparison of literature data,the structures of these 14 compounds were identified Stigmasterol(1)、β-sitosterol(2)、Ergosterol(3)、D(+)-Sucrose(4)、Daucosterol、Isoliquiritigenin(6)、Trifolirhizin(7)、Apigenin(8)、Euchrestaflavanone A(9)、Chlorogenicacid(10)、Rutinum(11)、Trifolirhizin-6′-monoacetate(12)、Quercetin(13)、2’,4’-Two-hydroxychalcone(14).Compounds(6)and(10)were obtained from Sophora alopecuroides for the first time.In this paper,the advances in chemical constituents and biological activities of Sophora plants were reviewed.The chemical constituents of Sophora alopecuroides roots in Altay region of Xinjiang were systematically studied,which laid a foundation for further development of Sophora alopecuroides resources in Xinjiang in the future. |
