| Purpose: Through the collection and collation of relevant literatures from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the modern history and the historical basis of weights and measures,the paper studies the benchmarks,dosages and decoction methods of the classic prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine Gancao Decoction.Established the research and quantitative transfer relationship of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of Chinese herbal medicine Zhiyao Gancao Decoction,and explored the mechanism of action of yin medicine licorice soup to nourish yin and blood and relieve urgency.Methods:(1)Using the bibliometric method,the paper analyzes the development and changes of the historical measurement and measurement system from the Han Dynasty and the Han Dynasty,and sorts out the evolution process of the historical measurement and measurement.(2)On the basis of literature research,confirm the decoction method and dosage of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction and the base source of prescription Chinese herbal medicine,and use HPLC method to study the fingerprint and quantity transfer relationship of the herbal medicine-decoction-ganali processed products in the
