Study On Powder Characteristics Of The Ultrafine Granular Powder And Correlation With Technology And Quality Of The Ultrafine Granular Powder Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Beg.

ObjectiveThis study used Ultrafine Powder(UP)of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.as the research object to research following studies: the powder characteristics of UP;the correlation between the powder characteristics of UP;the correlation between the powder characteristics of UP and the quality of UGP.So as to make clear the powder characteristics of UP and UGP,and provide a scientific basis for the influence of powder characteristics of UP on the preparation process and quality of UGP.Methods1.Through literature analysis,the characterization index and analytical methods of powder of Chinese medicine were initially identified.2.3 batches of UP with different powder characterization were prepared,the powder charaterization were measured,the influence of different powder on the preparation process of UGP were analyzed(including the difficulty of making soft wood,ethanol concentration,alcohol consumption,drying temperature,drying time and yield of dry finished products,etc.).3.3 batches of UGP with different powder characterization were prepared by the same process,and the difference of the powder characterization,content of 4 kind of medicinal ingredients,content of extracts,the dissolution and stability(including influence-factors test,accelerate stability test and long-term stability test)were analyzed in turn.Results1.A method for determination of particle size,shape,specific surface area,density,angle of repose,hygroscopicity capacity and chroma of UP/UGP.The method investgate,the grain size,specific surface area,density,angle of repose,hygroscopicity capacity and chromaticity index can be used to characterize the powder characterization of UP/UGP,the morphological indexes can only be used as an auxiliary reference index,not as a determination.2.Study on the powder characterization of different size of UP/UGP(1)With particle size decreasing,specific surface area of UP increase,density of the heap and vibratory decrease,and hygroscopicity capacity is enhanced.(2)With particle size of UP decreasing,specific surface area of correesponding UGP decrease,density gradually increase,and hygroscopicity capacity decrease.(3)After prepared to UGP,specific surface area of UP decreases significantly,rest angle decreases significantly,fluidity significantly improves,hygroscopicity capacity of the UGP significantly reduce and red blue degree shallow.3.Study on the effect of different particle size of UP on the preparation process of UGP: by particle size of UP decreaseing,ethanol concentration suitable for making soft wood decreases,the amount of ethanol has no significant difference;and the difficulty of drying UGP increases.4.Study on the influence between powder characterization of UP and quality of UGP: no significant difference in the content of the main effective components of UGP,which maked by different size of UP;and medicinal ingredients of UGP,which maked by small size of UP,are not easy to dissolve.ConclusionsThe powder characterization of UP may influent the powder characterization and preparation process of UGP.The study can provide a scientific basis for the influence of powder characteristics of UP on the preparation process and quality of UGP.
