Study On Preparation Technology Of Black Rice Anthocyanin Compound Capsules

Black rice anthocyanin compound soft capsule is based on the original Decoction composition,with black rice as the main raw material,combined with American ginseng,Polygonum multiflorum and other Chinese medicinal materials.Experimental studies have shown that the capsule has strong antioxidant activity and can effectively remove free radicals,and has a good protective effect on alcoholic liver damage and experimental liver injury.However,the existing production process of the soft capsule is complicated.It is necessary to extract and purify the effective components of each component,and to design and produce special capsule shell according to the group.The production cost is high,the implementation conditions are harsh and the application is limited.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a production technology of black rice anthocyanin complex capsule.In view of the problems existing in the industrial development of black rice anthocyanin composite hard capsules,the production process of black rice anthocyanin composite hard capsule,the industrial preparation process of functional components,the spray drying process of functional components,the compatibility and preparation of components and the quality evaluation system are studied.It provides technical support for producing black rice anthocyanin complex hard capsules.The main contents and results are as follows:1.Study on the preparation process of functional components of black rice anthocyanin compound hard capsules.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process parameters of various functional components of hard capsules.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions for black rice were 70%ethanol,1:9,3 times in 80 C water bath,60 min each time,and the yield of anthocyanins was 0.9.2%,the optimum preparation conditions of Panax quinquefolium are 70%ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid is 1:10,the water bath of 80 degrees centigrade is 3 times,60 min each time,and the yield of Panax quinquefolium is 2.36%;the optimum preparation conditions for Polygonum multiflorum two styrene are 60%ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid,3 times,3 times,60 min each time,and the extraction rate of Radix Polygoni multiflorum two styrene is 3.39%.2.Study on the drying technology of black rice anthocyanin compound hard capsule functional component,and optimized the technical parameters of functional component spray drying technology by orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum drying parameters of black rice anthocyanins are as follows:the air inlet temperature is 160℃,the rotational speed of the peristaltic pump is 10 r/min,the liquid density is 1.05 g/cm~3,the optimum drying process parameters of the Panax quinquefolium are 140℃,the peristaltic pump speed is 7 r/min,the liquid density is 1.10 g/cm~3,and the best drying of Polygonum Polygoni Polygonum Polygonum Polygonum Polygonum Polygonum Polygonum Process parameters:inlet temperature 140℃,peristaltic pump speed 10 r/min,material liquid density1.05 g/cm~3.3.Compatibility and preparation of black rice anthocyanin complex hard capsules.Based on the compatibility of the original Decoction group,the theoretical loading amount of 1000grains of 0.5 g black rice anthocyanins compound hard capsules was determined:black rice anthocyanin extract dry powder 27.947 g,Panax quinquefolium extract dry powder 24.594 g,Polygonum multiflorum two styrene glycoside extract dry powder content 1.333 g,Ganoderma lucidum 446.126 g.It is equivalent to 34934 g of black rice,10421 g of Panax quinquefolium,544 g of Polygonum multiflorum and 446.126 g of Ganoderma lucidum.4.Quality control and evaluation of black rice anthocyanin compound hard capsules.Based on the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the analytical methods for the determination of Panax quinquefolium,Polygonum multiflorum,anthocyanin and two glucoside were established.The contents of active ingredients in raw materials,extracts and products were analyzed and tested,and the quality standard of hard capsule products was determined.Among them,the content of anthocyanin in each hard capsule is more than 3.126mg,the content of Panax ginseng saponin is more than 4.578 mg,the content of two styrene is more than 0.072 mg,and the total polysaccharide content is more than 0.449 mg.
