The Clinical Study Of Shugan Yangxin Kiayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation Ang Heart Deficiency Syndrome Of Yu Disease(Generalized Anxiery Disorder)

Objective This research aims to study the use of theory treating both with liver and heart and the use of Shugan Yangxin Kaiyu Decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation and heart deficiency syndrome of Yu Disease(Generalized Anxiety Disorder)clinical efficacy and safety.Methods A total of 60 patients met the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,the treatment group taking self-made Shugan Yangxin Kaiyu decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment,and the control group was treated with paroxetine.Observed before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after the treatment,changes in HAMA measurement and TCM Syndrome Scale score,while observing the treatment side effects scale,so as to evaluate the Shugan Yangxin Kaiyu Decoction in the treatment of the clinical efficacy and safety of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.Result1.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale comparison of efficacy,after 8 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency in treatment group was 90%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 63.33%,and before treatment integral difference had statistical sense(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome integral,after 8 weeks of treatment in the treatment group total efficiency was 93.3%,the total effective rate of control group was 70%,the treatment group,the symptom score was reduced in amplitude is larger than that of control group.The difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group in improving TCM syndrome effect is better than that of the control group.3.The amount of side reaction table score,the treatment group of adverse reactions was less than that in the control group.In the control group during the treatment of 3 cases of gastrointestinal reaction occur,such as dry mouth,nausea,constipation,1 cases of dizziness,sweating.The treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction reports.ConclusionShugan Yangxin Kaiyu Decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of heart of Yu Disease(Generalized Anxiety Disorder)is more effective than single paroxetine group,and less side effects,symptoms improved significantly.
