| Objective To study the effect of video laryngoscope under low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia. Methods 40 cases of vocal cord leukoplakia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(A group)and control group(B group),each group had 20 cases, radiofrequency ablation was performed in group A video laryngoscope, group B video laryngoscope under simple operation, postoperative follow-up was 1-3 years. Results Two groups of the cure rate was 80%(16/20 cases)and 65%(13/20 cases),two groups of the recurrence rate was 15%(3/20 cases)and 25%(5/20 cases),two groups of Malignant transformation rate were 5%(1/20 cases)and 10%(2/20 cases),no statistically significant difference were observed in the two groups(P>0.05).Two groups of postoperative 8 weeks compared with preoperative vocal learning parameter difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the preoperative and postoperative voice parameter is similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the trcatment of vocal cord leukoplakia significantly, high safety coefficient, small thermal damage, less bleeding, minimally invasive operation is a worthy of laryngeal epithelial hyperplasia lesions. |
