[Objective]Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common oral malignant tumor. These days, with the progress in tumor treatment, inmunotherapy is ascending the stage as a potential complementary therapy.Therefor the selection of the targets for inmunotherapy in clinical trials is very important. Our study was to analyze the expression difference of melanoma associated antigen MAGEA11 and tumor-associated antigen RAB38 in oral normal tissue and OSCC tissue,so as to search new targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSCC.[Methods]45 patients with OSCC and accepted in our hospital and treated with surgery were selected, and all the pathological tissue and ten of them the healthy tissue around were prepared paraffin slice. The RAB38 and MAGE-A11 expression level were detected by immunohistochemical experiment, which relationship to pathological features were analyzed.[Results]The RAB38 and MAGE-A11 both had higher positive rate and expression in OSCC tissue than in healthy tissue, and the expression level was affected by the T grade, the existence of lymphatic metastasis, the TNM stages and the pathological stages.[Conclusions]RAB38 and MAGE-A11 are expected only in OSCC tissue rather than normal healthy tissue, and their high expression level may indicate a poor prognosis.
