| Objective:By comparing different time period of fracture X-ray and expression of CRP,FIB,VEGF in blood to explore mechanism of the mixture of Shufeng Qingre(疏风清热合剂)for promoting fracture healing.Methods:Forty-six male New Zealand Rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,including blank control group,model control group,saline group and The Mixture of Shufeng Qingre group,11 in each group.Except blank control group,others set up bilateral radius fracture models.saline group and The Mixture of Shufeng Qingre group were orally administered the mixture of Shufeng Qingre and normal saline at 10ml·kg-1·d-1 in 10 days respectively.Using X-ray diagnostic techniques to monitor bilateral radius fracture healing in day 28 and 42,the expression of CRP,VEGF and FIB in blood were tested by ELISA and Automatic coagulometer respectively in different time periods.Results:The X-ray films suggested that the fracture healing in day 28,42 show that of The Mixture of Shufeng Qingre group were better than that of the others(P<0.05),while there was no difference between the model control group and saline group(P>0.05).In day 1,3,7,The expression of CRP and FIB of the three groups was higher than blank control group(P<0.05),while the expression in Mixture of Shufeng Qingre group was lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison suggest that the expression of CRP and FIB was highest than other time phase(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF of three groups were higher than the model control group(P<0.05),and in day 14 were highest(P<0.05).Mixture of Shufeng Qingre group was higher than other two groups in each time phase(P<0.05),while there was no difference between the model control group and saline group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early using the mixture of Shufeng Qingre can promote fracture healing in New Zealand Rabbits,a part of the mechanism is through reducing the expression of acute phase proteins such as CRP,FIB and promoting the expression of VEGF in blood. |
