| Objective Observing Qiangjing Zhuanggu heji for alleviates nucleus pulposus-evoked nociceptive responses through the supppreession of overexpression of ASIC3 in rat dorsal root ganglionMethods SD rats 40(188±7.5)g,were randomly divided into Blank group(Blank,n=8)and control group(Sham,n=8),inflammatory of nucleus pulposus(NP,n=8),inflammatory of nucleus pulposus+amiloride group(NP+Ami,n=8)and inflammatory of nucleus pulposus+Qiangjing Zhuanggu heji group(NP+QZ,n=8),with yon Fair filaments detection 50%PWT changes during different periods,observe the DRG ASIC3 on the number of positive cells,and detection of end-stage ASIC3 protein expression in the DRG.Results Qiangjing Zhuanggu heji can effectively improve 50%PWT of rats(P<0.05).NP+Ami group after 3 days to drawn before 50%PWT than in NP group were increased(P<0.05),and group NP+QZ compared after modeling in each time point,between group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);RT-PCR and Western blotting results show:15 days after gastric perfusion,NP+QZ group than in 3d,5d and 9d appeared significant differences(P<0.05);Conclusion Qiangjing Zhuanggu heji Can effectively reduce the expression of ASIC3 in rat DRG,reduce the pain,so as to improve the pain symptoms have a certain effect,with a higher safety and easy to accept characteristics. |
