Objective:1.Through the analysis of the data of mushroom poisoning events in Zunyi from2011 to 2020,the epidemiological characteristics of mushroom poisoning in Zunyi are understood,so as to provide the basis for the formulation of the prevention and control strategies and policies of mushroom poisoning in the city;2.Through the investigation of knowledge related to mushroom poisoning among the masses in Zunyi City,the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the masses on safe consumption of wild mushroom as well as their satisfaction with prevention and control were understood,and the influencing factors were analyzed,so as to provide basic information for carrying out health education on mushroom poisoning.Methods:Data of mushroom poisoning incidents reported from 2011 to 2020 in Zunyi City were collected,and their epidemiological characteristics were descriptively analyzed.Using stratified random sampling method,according to a mushroom poisoning incident level of various counties(districts)benefits can be divided into high,medium and low three layers,each layer of random two counties(districts),using the convenience sampling method to the local living with more than half a year,voluntary and residents with normal thinking ability for a mushroom poisoning knowledge questionnaire.The questionnaire was a self-made questionnaire "KAP survey on the safe consumption of wild mushroom among people in Zunyi City".SPSS 20.0software was used for data input,sorting,general statistical description,chi-square test and other analysis.Results:From 2011 to 2020,534 cases of mushroom poisoning were reported in Zunyi,with 1782 cases and 29 deaths,accounting for 66.01%,59.68% and 85.29% of the total food poisoning cases in the same period,respectively.The number of reported incidents and cases of mushroom poisoning showed an increasing trend,increasing from 6 cases and 34 cases in 2011 to 142 cases and 407 cases in 2020.The cases of mushroom poisoning in Zunyi were mainly concentrated from June to October,and the peak occurred in September.In the past ten years,the reported fatality rate of mushroom poisoning in Zunyi City was 1.63%,and that of food poisoning in the same period was 1.14%.The deaths of poisoning patients mainly occurred in October.There were 14 districts and counties in Zunyi City,and the top three counties were Wuchuan County(188 cases),Yuqing County(87 cases)and Fenggang County(54cases),accounting for 61.61%(329/534)of the total cases of mushroom poisoning.The proportion of poisoning incidents in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas.Poisoning incidents occurred mainly in families,with a total of 513 cases reported,accounting for 95.67% of the total cases of mushroom poisoning,and all the deaths were from poisoning incidents in families.More than 70% of the poisonings were caused by people’s eating by mistake,and only 15.36% of the poisonings were caused by the market purchase of wild mushroom.The general awareness rate of the people in Zunyi was 53.22%.The main ways for the respondents to acquire the knowledge of mushroom poisoning were leaflets or brochures,radio and television,newspapers and magazines.In the market of Zunyi,the proportion of poisonous mushrooms purchased was on the rise.60.15% of the respondents suggested that the sale and consumption of wild mushroom should be prohibited.In Zunyi City,the satisfaction of the local people on the prevention and control of mushroom poisoning was generally satisfied.Conclusion:1.Toadstool poisoning is the main type and cause of death of food poisoning in Zunyi area.The number of reported cases and cases of toadstool poisoning increased year by year in the past 10 years.The high incidence time of poisoning was from June to October each year,and the deaths of poisoning patients mainly occurred in October.The main species of toadstools that may cause death are Apotheca alba and Apotheca pseudopalba.2.Rural population is the group with high incidence of toadstool poisoning.Poisoning sites mainly occur in rural families.The proportion of toadstool poisoning incidents caused by buying wild bacteria is on the rise.Lack of knowledge about toadstool poisoning is the main cause of poisoning.Therefore,health education related to toadstool poisoning should be further strengthened,especially among rural population.At the same time,market supervision should be further strengthened in the season of high incidence of poisoning incidents to prevent the occurrence of toadstool poisoning. |
