Vocational Education "1+X" certificate system,as a new talent evaluation model,puts forward new requirements for professional talent training."1" refers to the graduation certificate obtained through academic education,"X" refers to the professional skill level certificate related to the major.Through the conversion of learning achievements,students can obtain the relevant professional skill level certificate while obtaining the academic certificate.In order to promote the efficient connection between academic education and vocational training,documentary evidence accommodation is the key to implement "1+X" certificate system,and course certificate accommodation is the basis for the realization of documentary evidence accommodation."Course" is a professional course;"Certificate" is the certificate of vocation-skill level.The integration of courses and certificates are the integration of curriculum-content and vocational-skill requirements,which refers to professional personnel training.This study has five chapters,discussing the problems and Countermeasures in the implementation of course certificate integration of child care talent training in secondary vocational schools under the "1+X" certificate system.Specifically,seizing the opportunity that pre-school education in secondary vocational schools transform to early childhood care,focusing on the curriculum construction and related problems in talent training,taking two secondary vocational schools in C city,S province participating in the pilot of vocational skill level certificate of early childhood care as the specific research object,this paper analyzes the problems that exist in the process of curriculum certificate integration,and tries to put forward countermeasures.I hope it can provide reference for the promotion of "1+X" certificate system.Interviews and questionnaires were conducted among teachers and students,it is found that there are a series of problems in the process of course certificate integration,such as the lack of professional programmatic document standards,"X" is not covered in the relevant courses of "1",tight time for assessment and training of teachers and students,heavy tasks and so on.According to the relevant theoretical framework of curriculum management,it is further analyzed from three dimensions: the goal,implementation and evaluation of course certificate integration: from the goal dimension,the policy implementation is affected by the change of target groups,the formulation of curriculum standards for new majors lags behind,and the type orientation of professional talent training is vague;From the perspective of implementation,the integration training curriculum lacks linkage,the class arrangement lacks the unity of science and humanities,and the teacher assessment and incentive mechanism needs to be adjusted and changed;From the perspective of evaluation,the integration of resources on and off campus needs to be improved,and students lack the awareness of learning achievement transformation.This study attempts to put forward effective strategies for the smooth implementation of course certificate integration of child care talent training in secondary vocational schools.In terms of the goal of course certificate integration,it calls for policies to take professional programmatic documents as the starting point,talent training to be guided by early childhood care services,and curriculum adjustment to take the systematization of work process as the core;In terms of the implementation of course certificate integration,formulate curriculum standards suitable for the needs of post ability,clarify the connection contents of middle,high and current courses,and construct the teaching accountability and feedback mechanism of stakeholders;In the evaluation of course certificate accommodation,we should improve the recognition and transformation of the results of "course post certificate competition",and the professional skill identification and training specifications should be integrated with each other. |
