Objectives 1 To research the comparison of survival rate after autologous fat transplantation.2 To research the relationship between different times of autologous fat transplantation and breast augmentation mammoplasty with the same method,in order to provide guidance for clinical operation. Methods The patients who underwent autologous fat augmentation mammoplasty in the Department of plastic surgery of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from November 1,2019 to November 1,2020 were collected. They were divided into three groups: group A was filled with autologous fat particles, group B was filled with high density fat injection, and group C was filled with fat stem cell glue mixed with simple fat.According to the different times of operation, groups An and B were divided into A1,A2 and B1,B2 groups.A1 and B1 groups were operated for the first time, and A2 and B2 groups were operated for the second time. The breast soft tissue thickness of each patient was measured by ultrasound before operation, seven days after operation and three months after operation, and the imaging data were taken to calculate the survival rate of three months after operation.the formula is calculated as:(postoperative soft tissue thickness-preoperative soft tissue thickness)/(postoperative soft tissue thickness-preoperative soft tissue thickness)× 100%.The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS software.Paired t-test was used to compare the survival rate of group A1 and group A2,group B1 and group B2,which can reflect which survival rate was higher in the first operation and the second operation. The survival rate of group A,group B and group C was compared with the analysis of variance, which can reflect the postoperative effect of different fat components after transplantation. Results The average thickness of group A1 was 3.15 ±0.52 cm(survival rate 45.11±5.70%),and that of group A2 was 3.94 ±0.59 cm(survival rate 54.70 ±7.96%)3 months after augmentation mammoplasty. The average thickness and survival rate 3 months after operation in group A1 and A2 were less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. In group B1,the average thickness was 3.09 ±0.44 cm 3 months after augmentation mammoplasty with high density fat injection.(survival rate 52.89±9.96%),the average thickness of group B2 was 3.76 ±0.43 cm 3 months after operation(survival rate 61.31 ±9.06%).The average thickness and survival rate of B1 and B2 groups were less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The data of group C fat stem cell glue mixed with simple fat filling augmentation mammoplasty: the average thickness of glandular layer was 3.54 ±0.41 cm three months after operation(the survival rate was75.80±7.40%).The average thickness and survival rate of A1,A2,B1,B2 and C groups at3 months after operation were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions 1 There were differences in the survival rate of simple autologous fat granule, high density fat transplantation and fat stem cell glue mixed simple fat transplantation.the survival rate of fat stem cell glue mixed with simple fat composition was the highest, followed by high density fat group, followed by simple autologous fat particles.2 The survival rate of the second operation of augmentation mammoplasty with autologous fat granules and high density fat transplantation was higher than that of the first operation.Figure 6;Table 6;Reference 103...
