Objectives To investigate the short-term quality of life of HTO postoperative patients with the disease of KOA and analyze the influencing factors. In order to improve their quality of life, and provide some suggestions for personalized treatment. Methods Select eligible patients with knee osteoarthritis and tibial high osteotomy diagnosed and treated in the Second Hospital of Tang Shan through case inclusion and exclusion to conduct a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included SF-36 Health Questionnaire and Specialist Questionnaire.SPSS20.0 database was established after collecting and sorting out the questionnaire data and case data. The possible influencing factors were analyzed with the software SPSS20.0,to screen the influencing factors of the total score and the score of each dimension, then analyze their correlation. Results The total scale score was 52.46±11.26.the scores of the eight dimensions were:bodily pain(BP)69.18±12.75,mental health(MH)59.80±11.09,general health(GH)59.72±15.24,physical function(PF)58.93±12.25,social function(SF)56.56±17.17,roleemotional(RE)43.71±25.51,vitality(VT)36.48±12.23,role-physical(RP)35.25±25.57.Age was negatively correlated with,SF,PF,RE,GH and total score.Gender was negatively correlated with total score,PF,VT,SF and RE.BMI was negatively correlated with total score,BP,PF and positively correlated with RE.previous history was negatively correlated with total score,PF,VT,RE and MH.Number of surgical knees was negatively correlated with the scale,GH and SF.dwelling condition was positively correlated with the total score and MH.Milk was positively correlated with GH.Tea was positively correlated with SF.Smoking was negatively correlated with bodily pain and total score.rehabilitation therapy was positively correlated with the PF and VT.Postoperative moderate physical exercise was positively correlated with total score,MH and PF.Education level was positively correlated with total score and PF.Preoperative HSS score was positively correlated with BP.Conclusions 1 The early quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis after high tibial osteotomy improved compared with before, but the overall quality of life of relatively healthy people was lower, and it needs a period of time to recover. The impact of quality of life involved physical, psychological and social life. The order of the degree of influence on each dimension of quality of life is physiological function,vitality,role-emotional,social function, physical function, general health, mental health, and bodily pain.2 The overall score of quality of life and the influencing factors of each dimension include age, gender, body mass index, previous medical history, number of knee surgeries(unilateral or bilateral knee joints),living environment, milk, tea drinking, smoking, physical exercise, educational level, postoperative rehabilitation, preoperative HSS score, dietary habits, occupational habits, etc. The protective factors were moderate physical exercise, higher education level, receiving formal rehabilitation treatment, drinking milk, tea and light diet. The risk factors were advanced age, gender,BMI,previous medical history, number of knees operated, and preoperative HSS score.Among them, smoking was an uncertain factor, and the effect of smoking on pain dimension still needs further study to confirm.Among them, smoking was an uncertain factor, and the effect of smoking on pain dimension still needs further study to confirm.preoperative HSS score, age, gender, body mass index, moderate physical exercise, number of knee surgery and previous medical history had a greater impact on the quality of life of the patients. It needs to be brought to the attention of clinicians and patients.Figure 20;Table 17;Reference 90...
