Objectives To analyze the bone density of different parts of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis and lumbar non-spondylolisthesis treated by our department in the past two years and discuss the correlation between lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis and osteoporosis. Methods Develop strict sample inclusion and exclusion criteria, collect and sort out sample data that meet the inclusion criteria for retrospective research.Time-September 2018 to September 2020;Location-Department of Orthopedics,Hebei General Hospital;Participants-61 patients with DLS who meet the inclusion standard were used as the experimental group;and 61 people with non-spondylolisthesis who underwent a health examination in our department were used as the control group.Collected data:(1)General information of all samples in the two groups, including gender, age, and body mass index(BMI);(2)The included samples in both groups were treated with standing lumbar lateral X-ray.Meyerding grading was assessed based on the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis, and the percentage of spondylolisthesis in all DLS samples was recorded in detail;(3)Dualenergy X-ray absorption method(DXA)examines all cases in the experimental group and the control group. The areas of interest are the lumbar spine(L1-L4),non-dominant forearm, femoral neck, femoral trochanter and Ward’s triangle.T value of bone mineral density was recorded in detail.Use SPSS 25.0 statistical software to compare the data collected by the two groups.Continuous variables such as age, body mass index, and bone density use independent sample t test, use chi-square test for rate comparison, and the correlation between DLS and bone density Linear regression was used for analysis. Results Compared the data of the two groups of samples, there was no statistical difference in those data such as age,BMI and gender between the two groups(P > 0.05);the two groups in the lumbar spine(L1 to L4),non-dominant forearm, hip Bone density was statistically different(P < 0.05).The T value of the DLS group was lower than that of the control group;there was a difference in the incidence of osteoporosis between the DLS group and the healthy control group(P < 0.05),the incidence in the DLS group was higher;the degree of DLS was not correlated with the T value(P < 0.05).Meyerding Ⅰ degrees and Ⅱ were not statistical difference between the bone mineral density. Conclusions 1 There is a clear correlation between osteoporosis and DLS;osteoporosis is a risk factor for DLS.2 In patients with DLS,the bone mineral density T value of the lumbar spine,non-dominant forearm, and hip is lower than that of the lumbar non-spondylolisthesis group.3 The degree of osteoporosis was not related to the degree of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Figure 1;Table 7;Reference 155...
