In recent years,computer information technology develops rapidly and is widely used in various fields.Medical institutions manage the patient’s medical record information through HIS system(Hospital Information System),but the homepage of the medical record is still written manually,which is inefficient and difficult to guarantee the quality.In order to liberate the productivity of medical staff and effectively control the writing quality of the front page of medical records,a one-stop auxiliary system for the homepage of medical records is proposed.From filling in the front page of medical records to quality control,intelligent and automatic methods are adopted,which greatly improves the writing efficiency and quality of the front page of medical records.By providing users with a series of core functions such as intelligent generation,intelligent correction,quality control,and medical record scoring,the auxiliary system of medical record homepage provides powerful assistance to the whole process of writing medical record homepage.The medical record homepage assistant system introduces named entity recognition technology in natural language processing,which can effectively extract the drugs,surgery,disease and other entities in the text,designs and implements the terminology standardization tool,which can automatically standardize and code the terms of diagnosis and surgery,thus greatly improving the accuracy of medical record homepage backfill.This paper puts forward the concept of atomic quality control point,divides the quality problems of the homepage of medical records into the most fine-grained,and designs the quality control rule engine based on this,so as to make the quality control more efficient and controllable.The design and implementation of the auxiliary system for the homepage of medical records follow the standard development process,using the mainstream web application framework Tornado and Vue to design the front and back end architecture,and using RPC to realize the homepage backfill and quality control rule engine in the core competence output.The system adopts the way of front and back end separation for development,and uses JSON data format for interaction,which improves the development efficiency.This paper will introduce the design and function realization of each module of the system in detail.Through automatic filling and real-time quality control,the auxiliary system of the homepage of medical records gets rid of the dilemma of high manual and low efficiency when writing the homepage of medical records.While improving the speed,the quality is also effectively controlled.I am mainly responsible for the development of the back-end part of the system and the design and implementation of the homepage backfill engine. |
