Objective:To observe the effects of oxycodone and sufentanil on the quality of recovery from general anesthesia in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy, and to provide certain reference value for the perioperative application of oxycodone.Methods:46 patients undergoing elective radical pancreaticoduodenectomy,ASA grade I to II,were randomly divided into two groups:oxycodone group(H group),sufentanil group(S group),23 cases in each group.Anesthesia induction:oxycodone 0.2 mg/kg introvenous injection in H group, sufentanail 0.2μg/kg in S group, other medicines were the same;Intravenous administration 30 minutes before the end of the operation:group H,oxycodone hydrochloride 0.07 mg/kg;group S,sufentanil 0.07μg/kg.Recorded all patients before induction of anesthesia(T0),immediately after intubation(T1),5 mins after intubation(T2),before extubation(T3),immediately after extubation(T4),5 mins after extubation(T5),after extubation Mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)at 10 mins(T6)and 30 mins after extubation(T7);assessed the extubation quality score,RS score,Ramsay score and NRS score at T5-T7during recovery period.Recorded the postoperative intestinal function recovery time and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions(nausea, vomiting, itching, respiratory depression,etc.).Results:The extubation quality and the RS score of group H during the recovery period was significantly better than that of group S(P<0.05);There was no significant in Ramsay score between group H and group S(P>0.05);The NRS score at T6-T7was lower in group H than S group half an hour after the intubation, the difference has statistically significance(P<0.05);compared with the S group, the increase of MAP and HR immediately after tracheal intubation was lower in the H group; There were no significant differences in postoperative bowel function recovery time and postoperative adverse reactions. Conclusion:Compared with sufentanil,Oxycodone can effectively improve the recovery quality of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy.Oxycodone can also stabilize the hemodynamics during induction of anesthesia without significant effects on intestinal function recovery time and postoperative adverse reactions.
