| Objective:Observe and compare the postoperative analgesia effect of superficial serratus anterior plane block(SSPB)and deep serratus anterior plane block(DSPB)on people who undergoing breast cancer surgery under general anesthesia Methods: 75 patients who are scheduled to undergo mastectomy were selected as the research people and randomly divided into superficial serratus anterior plane block group(S group),deep serratus anterior plane block(D group)and control group(C group). After anesthesia induction,S group received SSPB block when serratus anterior muscle was fully exposed during operation,D group received DSPB block under ultrasound guidance before general anesthesia, they were given 20 ml,0.33%ropivacaine,C group received general anesthesia equally. When the VAS score was more than or equal to 4,Flurbiprofen Axetil 100 mg was given. The rest VAS score at2,4,6,12 and 24 hours(T1~T5)after operation, the rate of remedial analgesia within24 hours after operation, and the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, pruritus and respiratory depression were observed and recorded. Results: The dosage of remifentanil in D group was significantly lower than that in S group and C group; The resting VAS score at T1~T4 and postoperative salvage analgesia rate in S group and D group were significantly lower than those in C group, but the incidence of adverse reactions were not significantly different;compared with D group, the resting VAS score, the rate of postoperative salvage analgesia, the incidence of adverse reactions in S group within 24 hours had no significant difference. Conclusion: Both superficial and deep anterior serratus block techniques can provide effective postoperative analgesia, and there is no significant difference in the analgesic effect between the two different plane blocks. |
