| Diabetes is known as a multi-etiological metabolic disease,which refers to the disorder of the metabolism of blood sugar,fat and protein caused by the deficiency of insulin secretion or action in the body.Diabetes has gradually become the third major chronic disease threatening human life and health after cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumor diseases.With the proposal of "Healthy China 2030" Plan,people pay more and more attention to their own health.However,limited by the current medical technology,there is no effective treatment for diabetes,which can only be alleviated and controlled by external injection of insulin.Therefore,the timely and accurate detection of blood glucose has become the key to the treatment of diabetes.At present,there is generally a single method for blood glucose detection in medicine,mainly using interventional blood collection method for detection.However,this method will not only cause pain,but also increase the risk of cross-infection.Therefore,the painless,infection-free,safe,convenient and low-cost non-invasive blood glucose detection technology has drawn people’s attention and become a research hotspot of blood glucose detection technology at present.Noninvasive blood glucose detection technology has achieved some preliminary results,but it still faces technical difficulties,including :(1)the current stage of research is limited to the analysis of blood-like solutions,and there is still a large gap between the real human experiments;(2)The human physiological information obtained is calculated from a single measurement point or several measurement points,which contains incomplete human physiological information;(3)The equipment required for the measurement of dielectric spectrum parameters of human tissues is large in volume and the economic cost is too high,so it cannot be easily measured for many times.Based on the analysis of the present stage,on the basis of noninvasive blood glucose detection technology at home and abroad,through biological impedance technology noninvasive blood glucose detection model is established.First of all,bio-electrical impedance are analyzed theoretically and the mathematical relationship between blood glucose,proved that the use of bio-electrical impedance technique feasibility of blood sugar regression fitting.And automatic balance bridge method is used to design the equivalent impedance acquisition platform,achieve 25 MHZ to 60 MHZ frequency range biological impedance spectrum collection;Impedance spectrum feature extracting and using the k-adjacent classification method design for "high blood sugar samples" recognition algorithm;For classification to higher-order multiple regression sample data processing,the sugar-electrical impedance spectrum model,realize the noninvasive blood glucose detection.Through experiments on the non-invasive blood glucose detection model designed in this paper,it is found that the non-invasive blood glucose detection model can more clearly describe the variation trend of individual blood glucose.In a multi-person experiment,it can accurately identify hyperglycemia samples,which lays a technical foundation for non-invasive blood glucose detection. |
