Clinical Study Of Qinggan Tiaozhi Granules Combined With Methotrexate And Leflunomide In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Dyslipidemia

Objective To observe the difference of efficacy of Qinggantiaozhi granules combined with methotrexate and leflunomide and methotrexate and leflunomide alone in improving dyslipidemia in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to provide a new treatment method and drug for clinical treatment of RA combined with dyslipidemia.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with RA complicated with dyslipidemia who met the Western medicine diagnostic criteria of RA were screened and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Qinggan Tiaozhi granules combined with methotrexate(MTX)and leflunomide(LEF),while the control group was treated with MTX and LEF.For treatment of 12 weeks record in general,age,gender,height,weight,blood pressure,duration,0(baseline),4 weeks,12 weeks to detect cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),blood sedimentation(ESR),c-reactive protein(CRP)and patients score(VAS)weary,weary calculation DAS28 score,DAS28 remission the remission rate and degree of improvement.Results Results: At baseline,there were no significant differences in average age,sex,height,weight,blood pressure and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,ESR,CRP,fatigue VAS and DAS28 in both groups were decreased compared with the baseline,with statistical difference(P < 0.05),while HDL-C was increased compared with the baseline,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in ESR,CRP and DAS28 between the two groups(P > 0.05).The TC,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,while the HDL-C of the treatment group was higher than the control group,with statistical differences(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,ESR,CRP,fatigue VAS and DAS28 in both groups were decreased compared with the baseline(P < 0.05),while those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical difference(P< 0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,15 cases of remission in the treatment group(50.0%)and 5 cases in the control group(16.7%)were found to have a statistically significant difference in remission rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The condition of the treatment group was improved in 25 cases(83.3% improvement degree),the condition of the control group was improved in 13 cases(43.3% improvement degree),the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions liver lipid particles from combined methotrexate,especially in the treatment of dyslipidemia in patients with RA merger has certain curative effect,especially in the long-term treatment,liver lipid particles can effectively reduce the blood lipid in RA patients the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,can increase HDL-C level at the same time,can provide clinical treatment RA combined dyslipidemia with a new method of treatment and medicine.
