| Objective To explore the efficacy and significance of Alatan Wuwei Pill in preventing recurrence of gallstones after gallbladecystolithotomy,and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for comprehensive treatment of gallstones through the comparative study of oral Alatan Wuwei Pill and ursdeoxycholic acid after gallbladecystolithotomy with dual mirror combined with cholecystolithotomy.Methods Forward-looking selected from January 2017 to January 2019 in the Xi Meng Mongolian general hospital,hospital baotou city center confirmed gallbladder stone extraction for standard and agree to the operation of 98 cases of patients with as the research object,all patients were successfully line laparoscopic minimally invasive endoscopic biliary lithotomy bao(L-CGPC),They were divided into experimental group(oral Alatan Wuwei pill group)and control group(oral ursodeoxycholic acid group).One and two years after surgery,ultrasound examination of gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder shrinkage rate and stone recurrence was conducted regularly.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.Follow-up results of patients one year after surgery showed that the recurrence rate of gallstone in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The gallbladder shrinkage rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The gallbladder wall thickness of the experimental group was significantly thinner than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The follow-up results of patients 2 years after surgery showed that the recurrence rate of gallstone in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The gallbladder shrinkage rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The gallbladder wall thickness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in ADR between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Alatan Wuwei Pill can effectively prevent the recurrence of calculi after double-mirror combined gallbladderolithotomy,and the short-term effect of preventing the recurrence of calculi may be better than ursodeoxycholic acid. |
