Objective:This research through the retrospective study of orthopedic Ⅰ class incision surgical site infection were PLT,plasma D-D and CRP levels, explore the orthopedic Ⅰ class incision and clinical features of blood coagulation function in patients with surgical site infection,in order to orthopedic Ⅰ through blood coagulation function evaluation class incision surgical site infection degree and the prognosis of patients. Methods:Choose from January 2013 to January 2020 in our hospital orthopedic Ⅰ class incision surgery and postoperative surgical site infection of the medical records of patients.Blood D-dimer,CRP and PLT data were collected before and after hospitalization and after confirmed infection. Results:Compared with the uninfected group, the PLT,plasma D-D and CRP levels in the infected group were significantly decreased and increased, with statistical significance(P <0.05).Poor prognosis of orthopedic Ⅰ incision surgical site infection were compared with the improved in PLT decrease degree and the degree of D-D,CRP levels is more significant, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Orthopedic Ⅰ incision surgical site infection,PLT,CRP,plasma D-D horizontal comparison between age and gender, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.For the orthopedicⅠclass incision surgical site infection were significantly lower PLT,plasma D-D,CRP levels increased significantly.2.Reduced PLT,elevated levels of plasma D-D,CRP and orthopedic Ⅰ incision surgical site infection is closely related to the severity and prognosis of patients,PLT,plasma D-D,CRP can be used to evaluate orthopedicⅠclass incision surgical site infection index of severity and prognosis.
