Research On The Recycling,Scheduling And Disposal Of Urban Medical Waste Under The Epidemic | Posted on:2022-04-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:L O Yang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2494306536979759 | Subject:Engineering (Industrial Engineering) | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | The recycling and disposal of medical waste are related to the health of the people and the safety of the public health environment.Especially in the epidemic situation,the amount of infectious medical waste is rising,which must be recycled and disposed of in time,otherwise it possibly causes serious consequences such as secondary pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically,rationally and systematically select sites to build temporary recycling warehouses and temporary disposal warehouse during the epidemic,and the latter should co-process medical waste with the centralized medical waste disposal center.Based on the above-mentioned problems,this paper studies the issues related to the recycling and disposal of urban medical waste under the epidemic situation.Main tasks are as follows:(1)Propose a two-time AP clustering location decision-making method for the temporary storage of medical waste.First,search the Auto Navi map based on the POI data to obtain the relevant information of the medical institution;then perform the first AP clustering on the medical waste source point to obtain the number and location of the initial temporary recovery bin,and then perform the second AP on the first clustering center Clustering,obtaining a decision-making plan for the location and quantity of temporary disposal warehouses,so that it could select the location for the placement of mobile medical waste disposal equipment.(2)Construct a prediction model for the amount of medical waste generated.Use the SEIR infectious disease spread model to predict the development and change of the population of various populations in the epidemic,establish the functional relationship between the number of exposed and infected populations and the amount of medical waste generated,and combine the amount of daily basic medical waste to build prediction model of medical waste production under the epidemic.(3)Establish an optimization model for the co-processing of medical waste temporary disposal warehouses and centralized disposal centers under the epidemic,and build a two-level planning model to make decisions for medical waste dispatch and transfer vehicle routes.The upper-level model considers the lowest potential risk of medical waste treatment from the perspective of social benefits,makes decisions on the completion time of mobile medical waste equipment in multiple temporary disposal warehouses,and establishes the decision-making objective function of the upper-level model that minimizes the maximum completion time.The lower-level model considers the lowest total operating costs from the perspective of the recycling and disposal company,including fixed costs,transportation costs,facility operating costs,and penalty costs that exceed the specified time window.The case analysis of medical waste disposal under the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Chenghua District of Chengdu is selected.Firstly,search the relevant information about the source of medical waste in Chenghua District,and then carry out two AP clusters to obtain the optimal number and location decision plan of temporary recycling bins and temporary disposal bins,and predict the amount of recycling medical waste;use genetic algorithm to solve medical waste recycling Disposal coordination optimization model is carried out,and feasible and reasonable medical waste dispatching and disposal plan and transfer vehicle route plan are obtained,which can provide planning reference for medical waste recycling and disposal dispatching under the epidemic situation. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Epidemic, Medical Waste, Prediction, Clustering Location, Co-processing | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
