Research On The Improvement Of The Service Ability Of The Combination Of Medical And Nursing In Hebei Province

With the aging situation of the population becoming increasingly severe,the number of elderly people with old age,disability and illness is increasing.China is facing a series of challenges such as the rapid increase of the demand for life care,medical treatment,nursing and rehabilitation of the elderly.As a new type of service,medical care combined with elderly care,which includes daily care,rehabilitation nursing,health management and psychological support,it can better meet the elderly’s needs for the elderly.Hebei Province,as a province with large population of the elderly,has a great urgency to improve the level of medical care combined with elderly care service.However,at present,Hebei Province medical care combined with the elderly service ability is still not sufficient and effective to meet the elderly’s corresponding needs.According to the policy documents of regulating the service of medical and nursing combined with the elderly,the service guide for the medical and health care combined institutions(Trial)and the basic standard of the elderly care institutions,the paper determines that the indicators including infrastructure index,service environment index,service supply index,service guarantee index and service sustainability index are the evaluation indexes of Hebei Province.Based on this,through interviews and surveys of staff of more than ten medical and health care integration institutions in Qinhuangdao,Hengshui and Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,the questionnaire survey on Residents’ cognition and demand of medical care combined elderly care services was conducted in Yuhua District and Xinhua District,Qinhuangdao seaport district and Taocheng District of Hengshui City,The paper evaluates the current situation of the service ability of medical care and elderly care in Hebei Province,and points out that the current problems such as the ability of medical care combined with elderly service can not meet the needs of the elderly,the lack of professional capacity construction of the staff,the lack of total hardware resources of infrastructure,and the imperfect content of medical and health care services.On this basis,the paper points out that the main reasons for the problems of Hebei Province’s service ability are the ability of talent team construction,the total amount of medical and health care combined endowment resources,the imperfect system,the improvement of service ability,and the imperfect supporting mechanism.Furthermore,the author points out that the main reasons are strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening the resource base of medical care and health care,perfecting the system design of medical and health care combination The paper proposes the strategies of improving the ability of medical care and pension service in Hebei Province.
