Objective: using thrombelastography(TEG)To evaluate changes in coagulation function in patients undergoing rivaroxaban anticoagulation after hip revision surgery. Methods: Data from 75 patients with hip revision from April 2014 to December 2017 were reviewed. All patients within 12 hours after surgery Start taking rivaroxaban 10 mg to prevent blood clots, once a day.All patients underwent TEG determination before surgery and on days 1,3,5,and 7 after surgery.Compare the changes in patient TEG parameters and the proportion of hypercoagulable states at different time points. Results: The mean R values on days 1,3,5,and 7 after surgery were lower than those before surgery and were statistically significant. The mean CI values at 1,3,5,and 7 days after surgery were higher than those before surgery and were statistically significant. The mean MA on the 5th and 7th day after surgery was higher than that before surgery and was statistically significant. On the 7th day after surgery,34.67% of the patients were hypercoagulable and mainly mixed hypercoagulable. Conclusion: After the hip revision, the conventional dose of rivaroxaban is used for anticoagulation. The patient is still in a hypercoagulable state, and the blood is hypercoagulated with mixed hypercoagulability. The existing thromboprophylaxis program after hip revision may be insufficient.Exploring the individualized anticoagulation program is the future research direction of thrombosis prevention after hip revision surgery. |
