Research On The Model Of Medical Care Combined With Old-age Care Model In Wenzhou Under The Concept Of "Big Health"

Wenzhou is located in the southeast of Zhejiang Province,and is adjacent to Fujian Province,the Sea of the east China Sea and Ou River.With the continuous development of social economy,Wenzhou’s market economy has also been greatly improved,and quickly become the coastal areas of one of the economically developed cities.At the same time,Wenzhou has the largest resident population in Zhejiang province,and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year.On the whole,the degree of ageing in Wenzhou is characterized by a large population base,rapid development and a large number of empty nests.In order to meet the needs of the development of the population ageing,the concept of providing for the aged must be changed actively,to provide the social old-age service mode of diversification for the social old-age people.Therefore,under such development trend,it becomes a focus to find a kind of health care model with sustainable care,which can meet the needs of both health care and old-age care in Wenzhou.Based on this,this paper integrates the concept of "big health" into the model of combining medical care and elderly care in Wenzhou for research.Through the analysis and summary of relevant domestic and foreign studies,the paper summarizes the common problems of human,financial and institutional problems,combined with four core concepts and three public theories,and through the research methods of volume survey,literature analysis and case interview,This paper analyzes the current situation of this social pension service mode,focusing on the current related policy progress and practice.This paper analyzes Wenzhou as a typical case,and on the previous research results,it elaborates the pension model under the unique economic environment of Wenzhou,and puts forward the formation of a new type of elderly care mode in Wenzhou under the influence of the concept of "great health".Through the practice classification,cooperation and supervision,this paper analyzes the mode of Wenzhou medical care combined with elderly care,affirms its effect in guiding the positive development of capital flow,sustainable development and satisfaction,and combs out the three difficulties of "people,finance and policy",and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the dilemma are the insufficient design of top-level institutions The paper puts forward four suggestions for the "combination of medical care and support" pension service mode in Wenzhou City,which is feasible,which is to set up working groups to integrate management,explore the modes of "public construction private","private public assistance" and other modes to attract private capital We will improve the guarantee mechanism of talent training and introduce Internet technology.In this way,Wenzhou City can improve the mode of medical care combined with the elderly to develop towards a stable and sustainable direction,and provide reference for the new-type medical care combined pension model in the whole province and even the whole country.
